The fee is computed based on the first-year compensation. Upon receipt of an advanced deposit, our search team commences the search. Upon successful placement of the candidate, the remainder of the fee is due.
CONTINGENCY:
We refer candidates who most closely match your company’s requirements. If you hire someone we’ve presented, our fee is based on the anticipated first year compensation. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due. There is no deposit required under this plan,
